The top picture is a classic French Manicure with tips that have reasonable length (neither very short nor very long). The set of four photos below are also of French nails that are decorated with rhinestones in the middle of each nail. The exception is one nail that has a row of them at the division line between the pink nail bed and white tip. It's a simple enough look to do yourself with glue.
